Slate plaque placed in Dulverton Church, Dulverton , Somerset.
In memory of our local postman.

This Delabole Slate plaque was carved by Laurence over 15 years ago and was carved by hand. It is a replica of the original Bouchier plaque that had over the many years become partially illegible. The original can be viewed in the Ilfracombe Museum which is not far from the Pier where the replacement can be seen up close. The Pier is still in use by the trawler men and access is good should you wish to have a look at the plaque.
